Terms of Service

1. The service
Company Discovery ("the Service") is an invitation-only preview of a commercial company-intelligence dataset operated by Angel Naydenov, trading as Angel Data ("we", "us"). The Service lets invited users search and view company, fund, investor, advisor and limited-partner profiles for evaluation purposes.
2. Invitations and accounts
Access is granted through personal, non-transferable invitation links. Each invitation carries a limited number of searches and a limited validity period, both shown in the interface. We may issue, refuse, extend, or revoke invitations at our discretion.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) share your invitation link or session with others; (b) access the Service by automated means (scraping, bots, bulk downloading) or attempt to circumvent search, export, or rate limits; (c) resell, redistribute, or publicly republish data obtained from the Service; (d) use the Service to build or improve a competing data product. Preview CSV exports are provided for your internal evaluation only.
4. Data content
Profiles are compiled from publicly available sources and are provided "as is" for evaluation. We make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its interface, and the compilation of data are our property. Your invitation grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for internal evaluation during the validity of your invitation.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the Service (for the free preview: zero).
7. Termination
We may suspend or revoke access at any time, including for breach of these terms. Sections 3–6 survive termination.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
