1. Who we are
The Company Discovery preview service is operated by Angel Naydenov, trading as Angel Data (the data controller for the personal data described below). Contact: leads@anaydenov.com.
2. What we collect
Invitation data — your name, email address, and company, provided when your invitation was created (usually from publicly available professional sources or prior correspondence).
Usage data — when you use the Service we record your searches (filters and result counts), profile views, CSV export and contact-request actions, together with timestamps, your IP address, and browser user-agent string.
Cookies and local storage — one session cookie (required for access; no third-party or advertising cookies), and local-storage flags remembering your theme choice and whether you have seen the welcome tour. We use no analytics trackers.
3. Why we collect it
To provide the invitation-gated preview, enforce fair-use limits, prevent abuse, and understand evaluation interest so we can follow up commercially. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and marketing a business-to-business data service (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Where it lives and who sees it
Data is stored on infrastructure operated by OVHcloud within the European Union. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except processors strictly needed to run the Service (hosting, email delivery) or where the law requires disclosure.
5. Retention
Invitation and usage records are kept for as long as relevant to the commercial relationship, and are included in routine encrypted backups retained for up to 90 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time (below).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or request portability. Write to leads@anaydenov.com — we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Bulgaria: the Commission for Personal Data Protection, cpdp.bg).
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
